We hope to get our hands on you, but understand that sometimes things do come up.  

Should you need to cancel or reschedule a session during the holiday season (December 21 - January 3) a 72 hour notice is required.  No-shows (no one present at the provided address for 30 minutes after the start of the first appointment at that address) and cancelations made less than 72 hours ahead of time will be charged at 100%.  Sessions that are rescheduled within 72 hours of the appointment time will surrender the original deposit and be required to provide deposits for the rescheduled sessions. 

All cancellations must be made over the phone or by text. Emails, DM’s, website contact form and website chat box are not acceptable ways to cancel your appointment. 

Aspen Massage is a small business with limited capacity, we will charge 100% for late Cancellations, late request to Reschedule and No-Show appointments as stated. Booking an appointment is an acknowledgement of these terms and means you comply with our cancellation policy.

Aspen Massage provides services within the city limits of Aspen, Colorado.  If we are available we will provide services in outlying areas for an additional fee. We'll need to schedule additional time to travel to locations outside of city limits.  As such appointments must be made by phone.

All services are provided on-site at your location.  An indoor area of 6'x 10' with access to a working electrical outlet is required to set up the massage table.  A bathroom must be available for the massage therapist.  

Please be on time for your appointment!  We are invested in providing you with the best service possible, and to avoid impacting other appointments, we won't be able to extend the reserved session length to accommodate tardiness. 

During the holiday season, a $100 deposit per session is required to secure your bookings.

Tipping is appropriate and greatly appreciated! Service industry standard is 20%.

FOR YOUR COMFORT AND OURS

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings. Please leave cell phones, jewelry, watches, and valuables in a secure location outside of the spaces utilized by the massage therapist (where the table will be set up and the washroom that will be available to them). 

Sexual innuendos, language, and behavior will not be tolerated. If any of these behaviors take place, the session will end immediately and the client will be charged 100% for the session as well as all sessions scheduled at the same address within the cancelation policy window.  

If a client is intoxicated, they will not receive the massage.  They will be charged 100%.
